                    Super easy, delicious and low fat. My family loves it. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 teaspoons olive oil  |  
                                                2 vidalia onions  |  
                                                12 ounces lean ground turkey  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram  |  
                                                1 pinch salt  |  
                                                1 pinch pepper  |  
                                                1/2 cup steak sauce  |  
                                                6 whole grain sandwich rolls, toasted  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Rub oil in a heavy skillet. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion until it just turns soft. Add turkey, marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste; saute 5-7 minutes. Stir in steak sauce. Heat through; serve on toasted whole-grain rolls. 2. If you want to kick it up a bit add a pinch of crushed red pepper when sauteing the turkey.                              |
