An appetizer from Southern Living Magazine Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1/2 cup grated romano cheese or 1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 loaf sliced miniature party rye rounds (12-oz.) |
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, and cheese. 2. Spread 1 teaspoon of mixture on each bread slice. 3. Bake on a baking sheet at 450 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes until browned. 4. Serve immediately. |
