Ingredients:
6 slices bacon |
1 cup chopped onion |
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese |
3/4 cup sour cream |
2 eggs |
1 dash pepper |
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup crushed club crackers |
4 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Make crust of butter& crackers in a 9 inch pie plate. 2. Fry bacon till crisp; drain and crumble. 3. Fry onion in small amount of bacon fat. 4. Combine Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs and pepper in bowl. 5. Add bacon and onions& pour into shell. 6. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. 7. Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese on top. 8. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. |
