From The Complete Book of Bread Machine Baking. (1994) Ingredients:
2/3 cup water |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses |
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) packet onion soup mix |
1/3 cup cornmeal |
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten |
1 tablespoon whey powder (i don't use) |
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in bread maker in the order suggested by the machine manufacturer. 2. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent). |
