Ingredients:
12 medium onions, thin sliced |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 teaspoons salt |
4 tablespoons flour |
1 quart beef stock (4 cubes of beef bouillon) |
1/2 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Sauti onions in marg until soft. Add salt and cook 8 minutes. 2. Stir in flour, cook for 3 minutes longer. 3. Combine onions, stock and wine in cooker. 4. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours. |
