2 cups virgin olive oil |
3 cups sliced red onions or 3 cups shallots |
Directions:
1. In a clean glass container, combine oil and onions. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a cool place for 6 hours. 3. Remove onions with a slotted spoon. 4. Pour oil in hot sterlized bottles and seal. 5. (Use the onions for grilled steak or chicken). |
