A creamy sauce to add over pork chops or chicken breast Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of onion soup |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1 green bell pepper, chopped small |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 teaspoons creole seasoning |

Directions:
1. Blend onion soup, cream and milk over low heat until uniform. Increase heat to medium/medium high and add remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil. Boil for 5 mintues, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until desired thickness. Serve hot over your choice of meat, garnish with parsley if desired. |
