This is another sri lankan recipe that goes well with pol roti and butter, or with rice and curry. Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped red onion |
1/3 cup maldive fish |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes |
salt |
lemon juice |
Directions:
1. grind all ingredients together in a chopper or bowl 2. Store in a covered container and use as desired. |
