A crunchy onion salad thats must for all your kababs and barbeques-so easy to make. Ingredients:
2 onions, peeled n roundly sliced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder |
1 lemon, juice of |
coriander leaves |
Directions:
1. Dip sliced onions in chilled water to make them crispy. 2. When ready to serve drain the onions and mix with other ingredients. 3. Garnish with coriander leaves. |
