Onion Roasted Chicken and Vegetables |

Easy and very flavorful. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 bone-in chicken breast halves |
6 small potatoes, cut into small chunks |
2 carrots, sliced |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a large plastic bag. 2. Close bag and shake until all ingredients are coated. 3. Put in a 13x9 pan. 4. Bake, uncovered, basting a couple times, at 400*, for about 45 minutes. |
