Ingredients:
3 large white onions |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
cooking oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix the five dry ingredients in a bag. 2. Add onion slices, a few at a time; shake until well coated. 3. In heavy pot, fry in hot oil until onions are brown and float to top. 4. Remove; drain on paper towels. 5. Serve immediately. |
