Ingredients:
1 medium leek, sliced |
50 g ham, cubed |
500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream |
3 eggs |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
230 g puff pastry, thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients. 2. Put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan). 3. Bake at 350 degrees for ca. 4. 50-60 minutes. 5. Serve hot or cold. |
