1 each green, red, yellow & orange pepper |
2 medium white onions |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 pinch(s) salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skilllet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add sliced onions and peppers, cook, stir occasionally until begin to brown, about 7 minutes. Add salt & pepper and 3/4 cup water cover and simmer, 3 minutes. |
