Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package oven ready buttermilk biscuits, unbaked |
2 large onions, sliced and sauteed in butter |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
poppy seed |
Directions:
1. Line bottom of an 8 inch round layer cake pan with unbaked biscuits. 2. Spread sauteed onion over the biscuits. 3. Beat together egg and sour cream; spread this mixture over the biscuits. 4. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. 5. Bake at 30 minutes at 375. |
