Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese, lo fat |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup plain yogurt, low fat |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Base dip. 2. Add onion soup mix, parsley, basil, artichoke, dill, shrimp, crab, or curry as desired. 3. In blender, process cottage cheese with lemon juice until blended. 4. Add other ingredients. 5. Process just until mixed. 6. Refrigerate four hours, or overnight. |
