This dip is super easy when unexpected company pops in. Ingredients:
2 cups onions, finely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon paprika |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook onions in the EVOO for about 3 minutes, or until just soft. 2. In a medium bowl stir the onions, sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth. 3. Serve with fave veggies, chips, or crackers. |
