The Horn of the Moon by Ginny Callan Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sunflower oil |
1 cup finely chopped onion |
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable bouillon, powder |
2 cups sour cream |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
vegetables, for dipping |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a small fry pan and sauté the onions on high heat until nicely browned, 10 minutes. Stir often. 2. Torn off heat and mix in vegetable bouillon. 3. Let onions cool a bit, then add them to sour cream in a bowl along with the chives. 4. Serve with vegetables. |
