This is an all-around homemade dip. Best in stir-fry beef, pork, chicken (especially Buffalo wings), even chips and steamed veggies. The whole family, even friends love this. Best served chilled. You can substitute 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic for onion, or you can mix both! Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons water, or more as needed |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
Directions:
1. Stir the mayonnaise, white vinegar, soy sauce, and water together in a bowl just until combined. Add more water as desired for thinner consistency. Stir in minced onion. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold. |
