The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs london broil steaks |
1/2 cup low fat margarine |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, combine the margarine and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well. 3. Add the garlic, parsley and green onions. 4. Trim the steak and grill for 3 minutes. 5. Brush the butter-herb sauce over the steak and grill for 4-5 more minutes. 6. To serve, cut thinly across the grain and arrange on a warm platter. 7. Pour the melted butter sauce over the sliced beef. |
