Quick and easy recipe. Quite tasty Ingredients:
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds) |
1 egg, well beaten |
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs |
1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. 3. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. 4. Arrange in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. 5. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once. |
