This raita is really good if on a diet. I usually take a two-serve bowl and eat this as lunch. It's filling, it's good and tastes great! Ohh real easy also, just make. The curd is not thick-it should be of free flowing consistency! Ingredients:
400 g curds (whipped and chilled) |
1 onion (chopped in chunks) |
1 tomato (chopped in chunks) |
salt |
pepper |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Enjoy! |
