Ingredients:
1 medium onion
3 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons exta virgin cold-compress olive oil* (see comment at end of recipe)
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cut onion into two halves
2. Slice halves very thinly
3. Wipe tears from eyes and next time try to put onion in freezer for half an hour before slicing
4. Halve Tomatoes and slice (slightly thicker than Onion)
5. Add salt & Olive oil
6. May be eaten immidiately but much better after a few hours in fridge,The onion loses its bite and all the tastes bond .
7. Even better the next day. Trust me!
