Ingredients:
2 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 pinch salt and pepper
8 slices sourdough bread
sweet onion (such as vidalia)
stemmed watercress
Directions:
1. Mix 2 oz. softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. minced parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread 4 slices of sourdough bread with cream cheese mixture. Top with thin slices of sweet onion (such as Vidalia), stemmed watercress from a 2 oz. bunch and another 4 slices of bread.
