Makes an anytime healthy side dish ! Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach, chopped (pref baby spinach) |
1 big onion, chopped |
1 big tomato, chopped |
salt |
black pepper |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and add salt, black pepper powder, onion, tomato and spinach in that order one by one. 2. Saute on medium heat for 8 minutes. 3. Serve warm as a wonderful side dish. |
