From the Inn at Christmas Farm, Wittman, Maryland Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust, fluted |
1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion |
1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper |
1 cup frozen chopped spinach |
1 cup whole milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup swiss cheese, diced |
1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese, cut in 1/2-inch squares |
1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, picked over |
Directions:
1. Line a pie plate with pie crust. 2. In a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 eggs. 3. Add and mix together all other items listed above, except crabmeat. 4. Lastly, stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into the pie dish. 5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour. 6. Remove; dust with Old Bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes. |
