Quick and easy! No one will guess it took just minutes to make. Great for parties. Ingredients:
1 avocado, ripe |
1 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans (15 oz can, drained) |
1/2 cup mexican-style salsa (preferably fresh) |
2 -4 tablespoons fresh cilantro |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove the flesh from the avocado and cube. 2. Place in a serving bowl. 3. Stir in the kidney beans, salsa and cilantro. 4. Add salt and pepper if desired. 5. Serve. |
