From Mom's notebooks Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) pork chops |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 medium potatoes, quartered |
4 small carrots, split lengthwise and cut in 2-inch pieces |
Directions:
1. Brown chops in non-stick skillet. Pour off excess fat. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 45 min or until tender. |
