                                                2 teaspoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 cup diced onion  |  
                                                2 cups mushroom (fresh sliced)  |  
                                                58 ounces diced tomatoes (2 29 oz cans)  |  
                                                16 ounces tomato sauce (2 8 oz cans)  |  
                                                2 cups water  |  
                                                1 tablespoon basil  |  
                                                2 teaspoons oregano  |  
                                                32 ounce black beans (2 16 oz cans drained and rinsed)  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper  |  
                                                1 pound macaroni  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Add oil, and heat over a medium flame. 3. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. 4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, beans, and spices to skillet. When mixture begins to boil, stir in pasta. 5. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 20 minutes. May not take this long. Test pasta for doneness after 10 minutes. 6. Stir mixture every 4 to 5 minutes while cooking.                              |
