Nice, hearty, healthy meal for a cold day. Its really easy and tastes really good. I made it up myself so feel free to give me your comments. Its one of my personal favorites.Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground lamb |
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix |
1 large onion, diced |
1 lb frozen peas and carrot |
4 teaspoons diced garlic |
1 tablespoon salt-free soul food seasoning |
2 cups cubed red potatoes |
1/2 cup of red marsala wine |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Brown lamb in pot with onions using cooking spray. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Cut on high and add in remaining ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. 4. Cut down to medium-low and simmer for about 1.5 hours. |
