One-Pan Chicken and Potato Bake |

One dish wonder for a FAST dinner. Serve with a nice salad and Jello for dessert. Spice up the chicken by sprinkling with your fav herbs or spices before baking. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces |
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges |
1/4 cup zesty italian dressing |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F 2. Place chicken and potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish. 3. POUR dressing over chicken and potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. 4. BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180ºF). 5. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. |
