Spinach dip made with cream cheese is always my favorite! This was inspired by two different Philadelphia recipes and a Lipton recipe. Great to put in kid's lunches with cut up veggies or spread on a tortilla for pinwheels! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened if possible |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 (1 ounce) envelope vegetable soup mix |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (using a hand mixer will get the lumps out). Chill. Serve! |
