One Minute Chocolate Frosting |

This is a super easy chocolate frosting. My mom taught me to make this boiled frosting when I was young and I have been making it ever since. It is a must on a Texas sheet cake or my favorite chocolate waffle cookie Ingredients:
6 tbsp. butter or margarine |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup milk |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan heat butter, milk and sugar to boiling. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir in until chips are melted and frosting has thickened.
