Super quick dinner rolls that need only 25 minutes rising time and so easy to put together using a food processor or mixer.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 package fast rising yeast
5 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup very warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. In a food processor, mix together the flour, yeast, dry milk, sugar and salt.
2. Add water and oil and process until a thick sticky dough forms.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Butter an 8 round cake pan.
5. Turn dough out gently onto a floured board.
6. With a floured knife, cut the dough into quarters.
7. Cut each quarter into quarters and shape the dough into balls, adding flour to prevent stickiness.
8. Place dough pieces close together into the prepared pan.
9. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 25 minutes or until rolls are puffy.
10. Preheat oven to 400°.
11. Drizzle the melted butter over the rolls.
