Very tasty quiche. Good for breakfast, brunch or even dinner. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 refrigerated fluted pie crust |
1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion |
1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper |
1 cup chopped blanched drained fresh chard |
1 cup whole milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup diced swiss cheese |
8 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into 1/2 squares |
1/2 pound fresh crab meat |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Line pie plate with pie crust. 2. In a large bowl thoroughly whisk the eggs. 3. Add and mix together all other items listed above except crabmeat. 4. Lastly stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into pie dish. 5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour. 6. Remove and dust with paprika and serve. |
