One dish breakfast - French pancakes with maple syrup

Ingredients:
3/4 cup refined flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar, powdered
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
3 -5 drops vanilla essence
1 -2 tablespoon oil
3 -4 tablespoons maple syrup or 3 -4 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Break the eggs in another bowl.
3. Add milk and essence and mix well.
4. Make a well in the bowl containing the dry ingredients.
5. Pour in the liquid and whisk so that there are no lumps.
6. Heat a non-stick pan.
7. Add few drops of oil to grease the pan.
8. Pour in some of the batter and spread it in the pan.
9. Cook the pancake over medium heat.
10. When it is light brown, turn and cook on the other side till brown.
11. Remove.
12. Serve with maple syrup or honey on top.
