One Bowl Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting |

This is very easy and can be made in 1 bowl Ingredients:
batter |
2 cups all purpose flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 tsp. baking soda |
2 eggs |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple (including juice) |
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temp |
1⁄2 stick butter, room temp |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
2 cups confectioner’s sugar |
1⁄4 cup milk or enough for frosting consistency |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together in a large bowl. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350* oven. Cake should be firm in the middle. Cool for 1 hour. 2. One Bowl Cream Cheese Frosting: 3. 1 8 oz. Package cream cheese, room temp 4. 1⁄2 stick butter, room temp 5. 2 tsp. Vanilla extract 6. 2 cups confectioner’s sugar 7. 1⁄4 cup milk or enough for frosting consistency 8. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl. Frost the entire top of cake and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
