One Bowl Moist Banana Bread |

Made this with Splenda for a diabetic relative. This bread is ultra moist with wonderful texture and flavor. freezes well. Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas or 4 small |
juice from lime or lemon |
2 cups flour |
1 cup splenda or granulated sugar |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 cup oleo or butter softened |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with electric mixture until well mixed. 2. Place in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake in a 350F oven until tested done about 50 to 60 minutes. 3. Cover with foil if browning to fast. 4. Cool on rack 10 minutes and remove from pan |
