One-Bowl Foolproof Coffee Cake |

One of those always-works, whips up in no time, freezes well, can't be beat coffee cakes. A recipe from my friend Ayelet. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup oil |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup juice (any kind) |
cinnamon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except cinnamon sugar in large bowl. 2. Pour half the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. 3. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar onto the mixture. 4. Top with the remaining batter. 5. Sprinkle again with cinnamon sugar. 6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. |
