An easy recipe to make (no chocolate to melt). Very delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 1/3 cups flour |
3/4 cup baking cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nuts. 2. Add oil, eggs and vanilla; stir just until moistened. 3. Do not overmix. 4. Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
