Monday morning, in a rush, hadn't made my lunch for work but I had hard boiled eggs and stuff to go with. Grabbed and fixed it up in the office lunch room. Ingredients:
4 large hard-boiled egg |
1/4 cup celery |
1/4 cup onions, green |
1/4 tsp salt |
2 tbsp otterpond mayonnaise |
1/4 tsp ground black pepper |
1 tsp yellow mustard |
1 splenda packet |
Directions:
