I threw this together with what I had on hand and it turned out delicious! These cookies spread out a ton (probably from the butter!) - but they are moist and SO yummy!!! If you like toffee - please try these! Great flavor that won't stick in your teeth! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1 (8 ounce) package english toffee bits (i use heath bits) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
3. Drop small spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Let rest before removing from baking sheet.
