This is absolutley the best recipe I have ever had! Creamy , Cheesy, just perfect flavor. Ingredients:
12 ounces medium pasta shells |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup flour |
2 cups whole milk |
1 cup half-and-half |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
4 cups white extra-sharp cheddar cheese (i use sargento) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Cook macaroni noodles, drain. 3. in another sauce pan melt the butter over med / high heat, wisk in the flour, gradually add the milk and half n half stirring constantly until thickened. Add the salt n pepper and the cheese stir until melted. 4. Spray a 9x13 pan, pour the macaroni mixture in and bake for 2o to 30 minutes or until browned. 5. ENJOY! |
