My Mom used to make this for Easter Brunch. It is sooooo good. Smooth flavors yet a lot of taste. Ingredients:
1/3 diced bell pepper |
12 oz. jar artichokes, diced |
2 boxes chicken rice-a-roni cooked and cooled. |
2 cooked chicken breast diced. |
12 stuffed green olives chopped. |
2 green onions chopped |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl add all ingredients add enough mayonaise with the artichoke juice 2. to make it gooey. Mix all together and top with a sprinkle of curry. |
