Another series of chinese cooking taken from periplus Hidangan Lazat Cina , which originally in Malay , later translated into english . Ingredients:
6 eggs |
2 tsp light soy sauce |
some sugar and white pepper (to taste) |
2 strand of scallions |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
150 g crab meat |
1-1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce |
Directions:
1. Beat egg with soy sauce , sugar , white pepper , and 2 TBSP of water. 2. Heat wok/pan and fry the white part of scallion in the oil for 30 seconds. 3. Insert crab meat and cook for a while , then pour in the egg mixture . 4. Fry until the egg , until it is yellowish on the bottom part ,flip the egg , then part the egg into 4 sections . 5. Transfer the egg on to a plate . Drizzle the oyster sauce , all over the egg , and decorate the side of the plate with the green part of the scallion. |
