Omelet with Sour Cream and Caviar  |

                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 eggs, beaten with 1 teaspoon water  |  
                                                1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill  |  
                                                salt and freshly ground pepper to taste  |  
                                                1 teaspoon butter  |  
                                                1 heaping tablespoon sour cream  |  
                                                1 -2 tablespoons salmon roe or caviar  |  
                                                whole chives, for garnish  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a bowl mix eggs with salt, pepper and dill. In a hot non-stick omelet pan melt butter, add egg mixture and make omelet. Slide omelet from pan to a serving plate. Dollop sour cream and salmon roe on top. Garnish with whole chives.                              |
