This is my 8 year olds favorite breakfast. Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons diced fully cooked bacon |
1 tablespoon diced green pepper |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. 2. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30-40 seconds and stir. 3. Cook 30-60 seconds longer or until eggs are completely set. 4. Enjoy! |
