Easy and my family likes it. Ingredients:
18 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt and pepper. 2. Fold in the green onions. 3. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until eggs are set. 5. Immediately sprinkle cheese over the top. 6. Let set a few minutes then cut into squares and serve. |
