Basically a bundt pound cake with chocolate jimmies or sprinkles in it. Can also use chocolate chips and or nuts. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 eggs |
1 cup chocolate chips (or jimmies) |
1 cup nuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 2. Cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla. 3. Mix in eggs one at a time. 4. Gradually add flour mixture. 5. Stir in chocolate. 6. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. 7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
