Ingredients:
1 whole(s) onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) dried mint |
1 tablespoon(s) red pepper flakes |
4 cup(s) water |
4 tablespoon(s) tarhana powder |
Directions:
1. ) In a bowl, mix the 4 tablespoons of tarhana powder with 4 cups of water and let it sit for 15 minutes 2. ) Then in a large pan, bring the tarhana mix to a boil. 3. ) In a separate pan, sauté the onions with 1 tablespoon of butter. Then add rest of butter with mint and red pepper flakes 4. ) Pour the butter mixture on top of tarhana mix and serve this delicious and unforgettable soup! |
