My family loves this I serve it with sour cream and jalapeno's on the side. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 packet taco seasoning |
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese |
catalina salad dressing |
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained |
1/2 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives |
1 lrg head lettuce, shredded |
1 avocado, chopped |
3 med tomatoes, chopped |
1 med onion, chopped |
corn chips |
Directions:
1. Cook beef in skillet until done, stirring to crumble meat. 2. Drain, and add seasoning. Cool slightly. 3. Combine all ingredients except corn chips, tossing gently; put a handful of chips on plates and top with salad. |
